ABOUT CASSLEY OFFICE SOLUTIONS
Finance systems support that actually makes sense.
I’m Paula White, FICB-qualified finance systems consultant and founder of Cassley Office Solutions. I work with third-sector organisations and small- to medium-sized businesses that need their finances sorted, understood, and running smoothly.
That might mean fixing a finance system file that’s gone wrong, setting up reporting that works for a funder’s deadline, training a team, or just one person who’s never felt confident reading a set of accounts. Whatever it is, I work through it with you rather than just doing it for you.
My Background
Before setting up COS, I spent years working in operations and finance management in the third sector, including community development organisations in the Scottish Highlands.
I’ve also set up my own business, so I know first-hand what it’s like to work out pricing, deal with staff, and manage the day-to-day realities of running something. I know what it’s like to be responsible for the finances while also being responsible for everything else; the reporting pressure, the grant conditions, and the board asking questions you’re not sure how to answer.
That experience shapes how I work. I don’t assume everyone has a finance background. I do assume you’re busy, you care about what your organisation or business does, and you need things to work properly.
My Credentials
Fellow of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (FICB).
Experienced in QuickBooks Online and other finance systems, financial reporting for third sector organisations, restricted and unrestricted fund accounting, and grant compliance.
How I Work
Flexible support
I’m based in Sutherland in the Scottish Highlands, but I work with organisations across Scotland, remotely or in person, depending on what suits you.
You work directly with me
No subcontractors, no hand-offs, you get me from start to finish.
Focused on independence
I don’t offer ongoing bookkeeping. I help you get the right systems in place and understand how to use them, so you’re not reliant on someone else to keep things running.
Not sure where to start?
Need a quick fix, long-term support, or just a friendly sounding board? I’d love to hear from you.
